By submitting such content, you give us a global, royalty-free, perpetual license to utilize, reproduce, distribute, publish, and transmit this information following the law. When you provide suggestions, error reports, ideas, or other feedback regarding the Interface Feedback, for example through our public and private telegram channels, you acknowledge that we may use this Feedback as we see fit without any obligation to compensate you. This includes the right to share this Feedback with third parties either confidentially or not. If required by law, you also give us a continuous, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, global license to use all necessary rights to incorporate and utilize your Feedback for any purpose. Provided you meet all eligibility criteria outlined in the Terms and your use of the Interface adheres to these Terms, you are granted a singular, personal, limited license to access and use the Interface. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and can be terminated by us at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. Any use of the Interface not explicitly allowed by the Terms is forbidden.

As a decentralized finance project Trador takes user privacy seriously.

What data do we collect?

Trador collects the following data:

  • IP addresses used to access the Trador webservice
  • Public addresses of digital wallets connected to Trador
  • User interface preferences
  • User feedback
How does Trador collect your data?
You directly provide Trador with all of the data collected. Trador acquires and processes data when you:
  • Access the Trador webservice
  • Use the wallet connection feature of the Trador webservice
  • Voluntarily complete a user survey or provide feedback
How does Trador use your data?
Trador collects only the data necessary to operate a webservice, provide a digital wallet connect feature and collect user feedback. Trador will not share any of your data with a third party unless required to do so by law.

Trador would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
  • The right to access – You have the right to request Trador for copies of your personal data.
  • The right to rectification – You have the right to request that Trador correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Trador to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

  • The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that Trador restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

  • The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Trador transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
